Establishment of a register for debtors child support

On October 4, 2023 a bill proposing to establish a register for debtors child support has been tabled to the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Mentioned above register assumes the creation of a database of persons brought to administrative or criminal liability for non-payment of child support, incl. persons who are wanted. The following information about the debtor will be available for public: last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, No. and date of initiation of enforcement proceedings, amount of outstanding debt, data on the search for the debtor. The list of the information may be amended. It is expected that the register will be open and accessible to all interested parties.
Currently, the Bill is at the preliminary consideration stage.
