“Currency and legal risks of Russian clients using the services of foreign banks”, an article by Julia Zamyatina, a partner of our firm, and Lina Metelina, an associate of our firm was published in «Legal Insight» magazine (Number 1 (47) in February 2016). The article provides a critical review of unresolved issues related to implementation of Russian currency control legislation which have impact on Russian private clients, including opening accounts in foreign banks and transactions on the same.
