Central Bank intends to create a new classification of private investors.
DATE: August 23, 2016 | AUTHOR: atlawyers
In addition to existing categories of investors (qualified and non-qualified) Central Bank suggests to create the third one: professional. Such investors must have an exact annual income and foreign certificates (ex. ACCA). The requirements to the qualified investors will be severer than before: not only having the money holdings will be important, but experience of active selling in the financial market. Other investors will be regarded as non-qualified. In the case the Bill is enacted, the most part of qualified investors will lose the status and their investment instruments will be limited.
