AT Lawyers successfully completed the first assignment on tax compliance confirmation connected with introduction of RF CFC rules and Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI)

AT Lawyers was requested by its client to execute a special form “Confirmation of tax disclosure” that had been provided by the client’s Swiss bank. By this form AT Lawyers was required to confirm that the client had fulfilled his tax and disclosure duties in relation to foreign company (foundation, trust) in which the client participated subject to RF CFC rules, or that such duties were not imposed on him.
