Annual meeting of family and inheritance law specialists, organized by Pravo.Ru, took place in the conference hall of the MARRIOTT ROYAL AURORA hotel on October 18, 2023.
During the meeting, speakers discussed such topical issues of law enforcement practice as structuring family assets within a business, mechanisms to preserve a company in case of divorce, division of income received from business activities by one of the spouses, questions of changing child’s place of living, as well as excessive child support and methods of its control.
AT Law Firm was represented by Svetlana Ivanova, senior associate, head of the family and inheritance law practice.
