According to media, the RF State Duma has adjourned the consideration of a draft new RF Administrative Offences Code to the next convocation. The Bill was introduced to the RF State Duma on December 18, 2015 and approved for the second reading by the RF Government with notes. The draft currently divides administrative offenses into capital, significant and less significant, establishes new types of administrative penalties (e.g., liquidation of a legal entity, deprivation of license) and increases some penalties in 10-100 times.
