According to media, the RF Ministry of Justice is preparing a Bill that will allow courts of higher jurisdiction to toughen punishment for companies that appeal court decisions on administrative offenses. The courts will have the right to increase fines and apply articles of the RF Administrative Offences Code that establish more severe penalties when the decisions of lower courts are challenged. An increase in legal costs for companies wishing to challenge court decisions may be a consequence of the adoption of this bill.
