A Bill to provide Liability for violation of the Presidential Decrees

There are mass media reports stating that Russian Government is to prepare a bill intended to amend the Administrative Offences Code by making it an administrative offence to violate Presidential Decrees in the area of currency control regulations adopted after February 2022.
Previously Russian Ministry if Finance made two attempts to table such Bills in 2022 and in 2023, however both were declined.
Currently there is no liability for violation of the Presidential Decrees.
