A Bill to extend powers of JSC’s inquorate boards of directors

A Bill NO 475970-8 is tabled to the State Duma aimed to extend until December 31, 2024, the powers of Russian JSC’s boards which became inquorate, provided there are at least 3 board members. This rule will apply even if the Law or the JSC charter requires a larger number of board members. Currently a similar rule applies but it is only effective until the end of 2023.
