A Bill to confiscate assets for fake news about Russian Armed Forces

A Bill NO 533912-8 is tabled to the State Duma aimed to apply confiscation of cash money, valuables, or other assets, both used in committing and acquired by committing the following crimes: spreading the knowingly false information about the use of the Russian Armed Forces (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code) and public calls for extremist activities (Article 280 of the Criminal Code).
