03.03.2015 amendments to the RF Land Code will come into force. In accordance with these amendments procedure for allocation of land plots being the state or municipal property will be changed. Permanent (unlimited) land use and lifetime inheritable land possession will be cancelled as property right forms. Possibility of concluding servitude agreements while siting of linear or communication facilities, special information marks and protective constructions that do not preclude permitted use of the land plot is directly provided.
